This policy explains what data Smmpanelz collects, why it collects it, and how long it\nkeeps it. It applies to smmpanelz.com and to the panel itself. By creating an account you\nagree to this policy.
\n\nAccount data. When you sign up we store your username, email address and\na hashed password. We never store your password in a readable form.
\nOrder and balance data. Every order you place is recorded with the\nservice, the quantity, the target link you submitted, the rate charged, the supplier status\nand the resulting delivery counts. Your account balance and its transaction history are\nretained for as long as your account exists, because they are your billing record.
\nAPI keys. If you generate an API key, the key and its activity log are\nstored against your account.
\nTechnical data. Standard web server logs record your IP address, the URL\nrequested, your user agent and the time of the request. These are used to operate the site,\nrate-limit abuse and investigate security incidents.
\nCookies. A PHP session cookie is set when you sign in. It is required to\nkeep you logged in and carries no tracking identifier.
\n\nWe do not ask for, and you should not send us, your Instagram, YouTube, Telegram or any\nother social media password. No panel of this type needs them, and no legitimate support\nrequest will ever ask you for one. Anyone who asks for a social media password is not us.
\n\nWe do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.\nService suppliers receive only what is necessary to fulfil an order, which on most services\nis the target link you provide.
\n\nWhen you order, you give us a link to a post, video, channel or profile. That link is passed\nto the supplier that fulfils the order. It stays in our order records so that a refill\nrequest or support query about that order can be resolved. If you want an order record\nremoved, contact support with the order id.
\n\nWe use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage of the site, such as which pages are\nvisited and how traffic arrives. Analytics operates on aggregated data and is not used to\nbuild an advertising profile of you. If you are in a jurisdiction that requires it, use the\ncookie consent control to opt out of analytics cookies.
\n\nThe sign-up and login pages use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse, and\noptionally Google sign-in if you choose to use it. Payment processing is handled by the\npayment providers shown at checkout. Each of these providers handles your data under its own\nprivacy policy.
\n\nAccount and order records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period\nafterwards to satisfy billing, tax and dispute obligations. Server logs are retained for a\nshort operational period and then rotated. Deleting your account does not erase records we\nare required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
\n\nDepending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data\nwe hold about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. Write to support with the\nemail registered to your account and we will action the request within a reasonable time.
\n\nPasswords are hashed, connections are served over HTTPS, and administrative access is\nrestricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If you believe an\naccount has been compromised, change your password and contact support immediately.
\n\nThis panel is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from\nminors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact support and it will be\nreviewed.
\n\nThis policy may be updated as the panel or its suppliers change. Continued use of the\npanel after an update means you accept the revised policy.
\n\nPrivacy questions should go to support with the email address on your account so we can\nverify the request.
