These terms govern your use of Smmpanelz.com. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the panel.
Smmpanelz is a reseller of social media marketing services. We list services for Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok and other platforms, and we deliver those services through our own suppliers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, Meta, Google or any other platform owner.
All rates are quoted in USD per 1,000 units unless a service states otherwise. The rate shown on a service row is the rate charged; rates change when our suppliers change them, so check the live rate list before ordering. The minimum and maximum quantity for each service is shown on its row. Funds are deducted when an order is accepted, not when it completes.
Most services begin delivery within minutes. The average time is displayed on each service, but it is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Delivery speed depends on the supplier, the requested quantity and current platform-side conditions beyond our control.
Social platforms remove low-quality and inactive accounts continuously, so no supplier can honestly guarantee zero drop. Where a service states a drop rate such as Drop 1-3%, that is the supplier's estimate of the expected loss.
Where a service carries a refill guarantee, the supplier will replace the amount that drops within the refill window stated on that service, commonly 30, 60, 90 or 365 days. Refill is a commitment of the supplier for that service only, and a refill request must be raised with the original order id inside the stated window. Instagram and YouTube services currently offer refill; Telegram services do not.
Many services support drip feed, which delivers an order gradually over a period of time rather than in one push. Drip feed is the safer choice for profiles you actively use, because very large instant orders on an established profile can attract platform review.
An order that fails and is marked Failed does not deliver the service. Where the remaining balance is not returned automatically, raise a support ticket with the order id and it will be reviewed and credited. Completed orders that later drop are handled under the refill terms in section 4, not as refunds. We do not refund an order that completed and was later removed by the platform after its refill window closed.
You agree not to use the panel to break the law, to impersonate others, to harass or defame anyone, or to distribute malware. You may not attempt to access another account, probe the panel for vulnerabilities without written permission, or resell access to the panel itself. Accounts found abusing the service, including bulk fake-account orders or chargeback fraud, may be suspended with the balance forfeited.
Follower and member counts, view totals and engagement figures reflect what was delivered to the platform at the time of delivery. They are not a representation of unique humans, verified accounts or endorsement by any platform.
The panel is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of followers, engagement, revenue or account status. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms may be updated as the panel or its suppliers change. Continued use of the panel after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about an order, a refill or these terms should go through support with the relevant order id. Keeping the order id makes any query resolvable on the first reply.
